We chose Mark Singleton and Glencoe Construction to remodel our apartment. The job entailed a new floor, changing walls, new doors, a new kitchen and two new bathrooms as well as changes to the electrics and redecoration. We were delighted with both the quality of the work, the attitude of Mark, Matthew and their team in general and towards tidiness in particular. All such jobs have some snags to sort out and Mark’s attitude towards getting everything right was exemplary. There seemed to be no limit to the effort that Mark would not put in to ensure that we got what we wanted and I cannot recommend him too highly.

Mark Singleton and his team at Glencoe Construction did a first class refurbishment for me at Marsham Court, on time and within budget. Mark’s advice was sound, and at all times his men were polite, utterly professional and trustworthy. They were considerate to the other residents in the block, and laid protective flooring in the communal passageways. The refurbishment involved complete rewire, lowering ceilings, new kitchen and bathroom, and new flooring. Minor details – fixing the television on the wall, putting up mirrors, removing, storing and replacing the furniture, were all carried out without question and with courtesy. I have no hesitation in recommending or using Glencoe Construction again. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and his happy team.
